I've never heard these before really, but I thought there was a definite Joy Division influence there too. I'm not sure how I got here really, sometimes you just click things, I'm a bit lost.

I totally agree with you, that "MusicalTaste" may be borderline retarded, props!

You have the ability to critique like an 11 year old with your jargon. Seriously find a better word than "sucks" to try to prove your point you stupid half-wit. You're like an arm chair quarterback, you can critique someones music however you more than likely possess no musical talent.

One man's musical waste, is another man's musical taste.

I guess to further clear this up .... you could go on about Interpol, The National (and this is a great song) or anyone else but anyone who actually has a bit of history could draw lines directory to songs like Shadowplay or any other track by Joy Division. Its great stuff because its build on great stuff from as far back as 1976....

I don't care who imitates who, the more good music there is the better and all art is always influenced by something. Just a minor correction though: Interpol was founded in 1997, The National in 1999.

Just to clear things up, The National have been around longer than Interpol or the Editors, so to call them imitators of either is simply retarded. This is great music, which if u dont understand, dont fucking comment! leave ur bitching for something important, Boxer is a fantastic cd - go National!
