I mostly focused on the maggots and the wound instead of the lady.Talking behind someones back is very hurtful,but I ignore people talking behind my back.I know how it feels,I've been bullied at school when I was younger.

oh man, you're missing out. i recommend playing MGS2 or MGS3 first. MGS is awesome but a little dated, and MGS4 requires a little bit more background knowledge on the game. i played the game's canon logical order > MGS3 > MGS1 > MGS2 > MGS4. they're all awesome games.
