You know how fat people breathe heavily? During some of the maneuvers in the video, the g forces approach 8g and taking a conservative weight for the pilot of around 170lbs, he weighs almost 1400lbs at some points in the video.

That's what you get when you perform a Minimum-speed fly-by, 20 degrees nosepitch and 120-130 KIAS, the F-16 is convincing itself it is stalling :')
