those are just chinese lanterns! didnt you guys play with these things when you were younger? ok, take a slow burning fire starter, take lightweight but non flammable cloth or whatever, shape it like a balloon, attach the firestarter somehow, to its base, light it, let the warm air gather and let go of the whom assembly...it'll float gently into the night sky...beautiful to watch

~The video speaks for its self.~Unfortunately that's becoming less and less true because of the people that like to perpitraite the "practical joke" fad both on the internet and on the steet in general. they're either perpitrating or they're taking credit fot a sighting. On this particular one there was a bunch of collage kids saying that they had released a bunch on chinese lanterns and that's what's being filmed here.

True, without them, we wouldn't have the technology today that we have - look how far they've pushed our society in the past 70 years....from 1920 - 2008 now...we went from not having cars, to having computers and playing Crysis...lol pretty quick of a jump eh? and i wonder - Hmm sounds like we are all being Quickly-evolved.
