Don't know if about the way of singing or about the sound and melody, but this reminds me something "beatles". I completely agree as far as concerns the high qualities of Mike Giles' drumming. I've got still today this lp and it's really modern and actual.

that would be Michael Giles on drums.

pete mc donalds drumming is just top notch. his fills and timing are impeccable.

I have not heard this since 72. I let a friend borrow the album and never got it back. I am very surprised to actually find it even here. This brings back memories. Thanks for the post.

Sure. Lizard, Islands and Earthbound are my favourite KC albums. I also love the Beat, Discipline and 3 Of A Perfect Pair.... but I really dislike their current phase.

But also later KC made very good music! I also like very much STILL, LIZARD and ISLAND.. But what about LARK'S TONGUES IN ASPIC? And what about Adrian Belew and Bill Bruford?

Listen to this entire album as a buried treasure. Steve Winwood on the organ on this one. Can somebody upload "Flight of the Ibis"?
