DO YOU KNOW WHY IT WENT DOWN?I'd check up on it, but I've read somewhere that it only dcreased, b/c money was taken out of social security savings. The Democrat elected canidate was supposed to show the illusion of a 2 party system. Its the same party, ruled by ppl behind the iron curtain.

Actually it decreased during the Clinton administration. They even had to take the clock down, as it couldnt count 'backwards'. But then it went up again when the republicans came to power... :-D
