I enjoyed both of the Stalin books. They've made me incredibly fascinated in both Russian and Soviet history and culture. Reading Stalin: The Court of the Red Tsar really sparked it off.

Finally someone who has read young stalin.... The best part of that book is Stalins marriage to Ekaterina, in the flikering light, I also admire the description of her funeral when Stalin jumps into the grave, absolutely incredible

Young Stalin is one of the best books i have ever read. this man has an incredible ability as a writer.
