Ok guys Question: When I worked in the clubs I did not get dizzy, but years later as I do this on my pole in my home, I get really dizzy?? any suggestions???

ok..years ago i was a pole dancer and now for the past 2 years i have wanted to get back into pole dancing, but more contempory, except for health reasons i cant just yet. you embody the grace, the beauty of all the routines and artistic value that run through my head. pole dancing isnt just about hooker wedge shoes and you are a credit to the art not the sleaze side of pole. go gurl xxxxx ps your routine goes so well with coldplays amsterdam :)
