Not to be a "know it all", Layne Stayley died on April 6,2002. His was found dead on April 20,2002. He was dead for over two weeks before he was found

you say it like it's a bad thing that they took influence from one of the greatest bands to ever get a record deal, Godsmacks a kickass band, glad they came around and we owe alot of that(their sound) to AiC, but AiC still kicks there asses big time. ROCK ON!
