Yes, It is typically configured with a "smart card". That could remember date, time, and card used. for further security, that could also require the use of a Pin or pass code.

How is that secure enough from not being stolen? Is there some sort of memory PED that u swipe? I really like the concept though!

hum, reach up... it looks like its pretty High..and it wouldnt be really hard to have something ptotecting the hook..it does take as much to unchain it, but you forgot that its faster to chain... so it evens out... and plus, you dont need to carry a chain. No offence, but Id say your a driver. Bikes are the shit |
